These tools are intended for edge deburring, chamfering, countersinking, scraping. These tools are intended for CNC machines and robotic systems. A feature of the deburring tools we have developed at TIZ IMPLEMENTS is that it is a flexibly mounted spindle tool that automatically cleans the edges of steel, aluminum, plastic, brass and other materials for a smooth surface. Dimensional differences at these edges, workpieces and forms with complex contours can then be transferred to CNC machines until their final finish. These tools are designed for edge deburring, chamfering, countersinking and scraping. These tools do not require additional installation on the machine. The tool is automatically changed with the tool changer and driven directly from the machine spindle. The contour required for deburring is programmed via the machine axes, the extendable spindle automatically adapts to the current workpiece contour and machines it evenly.

DTLFUP10

DTLFUP10 allows cleaning of burrs on parts during the machining process.

 

The greatest advantages of the DTLFUP10 tool are the deburring of corners, edges of inner holes and undefined edges of the workpiece. It can compensate for edge and corner deviations with 5mm radial and axial movement.

DTPN50 allows cleaning bursts on details during the pneumatic machining process.

 

The DTPN50 tool works based on a pneumatic motor. DTPN50 follows the unspecified edges in the workpiece. As a result, the edge deflection is compensated by bending. The pressure exerted on the workpiece can be adjusted by means of an external pressure adjustment mechanism. DTPN50 is a tool for deburring with a pneumatic engine.
